We cannot express as to how much Sally has helped us through our whole loan process - just incredible! We were initially going to go through a bank directly, however due to personal recommendations, we arranged a meeting with Sally and Lucy and we instantly felt at ease knowing that we could compare between banks on getting the best interest rates and all the lengthily loan process would be done on behalf of us. As we are also first home buyers, we were not used to the loan process and jargon but Sally was very adept at explaining to us in ways we could understand.
